Sustainable and responsible approach is not only about having high standards on the materials we use. It is also a commitment to do everything we can to make sure the products  you buy from us will last as long as possible. So if your dog decides to destroy the Lebeddie Dog Bed out of pure happiness of being with you, we will be happy to repair the outer velvet cover and the bolsters.

One repair is on us. Our sew workshop will look at all other instances individually and offer you the most reasonable solution based on the severity of the damage. However, the repair cost will not be higher than 30 Eur incl. VAT per one damaged component.

You can reach out and ask for the first free repair anytime during the lifetime of the product. We want the Lebeddie Dog Bed to provide good service to you and your dog for at least as long as you expected (and ideally even longer). If you have a feeling Lebeddie Dog Bed gave up on its function earlier than expected, please send us a photo of the damaged part together with the order number to lebeddie@lebeddie.com and we will repair the outer cover or the bolsters for free.

The shipping costs are paid by the customer. Our workshop accepts only clean (washed) covers without dog hair. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We reserve the right to refuse the service if there is a reason to think the product was intentionally damaged.
